Fresh Sardinian Lentisk berries (Pistacia Lentiscus)

Picked at the right point of ripeness to obtain the precious oil, our lentisk or mastic berries, or as they are called by the Marquis "La Chessa", are shipped the day after harvesting to fully enjoy the organoleptic properties of these fruits. They are shipped (as are the myrtle berries) without branches and leaves, only clean berries ready for use, in food bags.

The properties of mastic:
