Caratteristiche organolettiche: colore rubino-granato. Aroma persistente che sa di fiori e frutta matura. Il sapore è asciutto e caldo.
Grado alcolico: 13,5% vol.
Acidità: 4,5 g/l.
Zuccheri: 3 g/l.
Abbinamenti gastronomici: si tratta di un vino equilibrato ed aromatico che ben accompagna i piatti tipici della cucina sarda, le carni rosse, la selvaggina.
Temperatura di servizio: 18 °C.
