Sardinian wild thistles , collected and shipped the same day. Collected in Sardinia by professionals and identified as species: Carduus, the product is always shipped on Monday or Tuesday with plants harvested on the same day. They are not cultivated plants , they grow spontaneously in private land and have all the peculiarities required by those who know and work with the product.
By processing we mainly mean the home creation of preserves in oil and pickle.
the bunches are made up of 4 tufts (a tuft means a plant), being a spontaneous herb the size is variable, in the case of small plants the bunch can be made up of 5 tufts.
The product is shipped with precautions that ensure it arrives fresh and "alive" to its destination, to fully savor the special taste of our island
