The history of artisanal pastry making Il Giglio sweets of Sardinia is an adventure that originates in the town of Sennori, the heart of Romangia, in November 1996, when our family decided to start a business producing Sardinian sweets. From that moment on, the art that had always been practiced at home by mother and grandmother was transferred to the laboratory, who every day kneaded Papassini, Pirichittus and the entire repertoire of typical desserts on a sturdy wooden table.
