DON PAPA BAROKO Rum 40% ABV. Inspired by Papa Isio, a revolutionary in the Philippine War of Independence from

Spanish rule. Entirely produced, aged, and bottled on the volcanic island of Negros. Aroma:

light and fruity, notes of vanilla. Serving: on the rocks, in mixology. Baroko is distilled from "Black Gold" molasses,

then aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. After being aged for years on the slopes of Mount Kanlaon, it is

carefully blended by the master blender and bottled at 40%.
