Superior category cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, 100% Bosana cultivar, certified by the Oleificio Cooperativo di Sassari which has as its statutory rule the sole pressing and potting of Bosana olives, the supply chain is followed from the field up to the grinding, the Sassari area is historically recognized for the properties of the land that allow this species of olive tree to express itself at its best. Bosana oil is recognized internationally as one of the highest quality oil (and table) olives. Sold in 5 and 3 liter packs.
